About Your Dentist

Dr. Pamela (Denise) Attaway performs cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations with bridges, crowns and dentures, Invisalign®, root canals, oral surgery procedures, and periodontal (gum) therapy.  She has additional training in occlusion and TMJ treatment, along with administering Botox® and Dermal Fillers. 

She received the Clinical Achievement Award in Dentistry for Excellence for providing bridges, crowns, restorations, and veneers and has been awarded Top Doc of Louisville and Best of the Best Dentist of Louisville.

Dr. Attaway is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Kentucky Dental Association, the Louisville Dental Society, and Treasurer for the East End Dental Study Club. She is also a member of the International College of Dentists, an honor society recognizing excellence in leadership with an emphasis on service, and the Sigma Phi Alpha Honor Society. She is also a recipient of the Community Dentistry Award.

Away from the office, Dr. Attaway enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Her hobbies include various outdoor activities, mentoring young women through the Miss America organization, and being a member of the Southeast Christian Church.

Dr. Donelson received the Quintessence Book Award for Clinical Achievement in Restorative Dentistry, the National Society of Dental Practitioners Inc. Award, and was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi National All University Honor Society.

Dr. Donelson is an active member of the American Association of Dental Consultants and the Kentucky Association of Women Dentists.

Life & Hobbies

The mother of two awesome young women and one small and adorable adopted dog, Dr. Donelson enjoys working out on her Peloton, playing pickleball, participating in a weekly trivia group, beach reads, and watching University of Louisville sports. Her “second job” is supporting her younger daughter in high school lacrosse.

Life & Hobbies

“I’ve always enjoyed being outside in nature hiking, cycling, and running. I am passionate about my family and think one of the greatest gifts bestowed upon me is that of a Mom. I also love spending time with my sister-in-law who has brain damage. She is such a blessing in my life in a multitude of ways.”
